Due to the personal-use nature of our handcrafted skincare, body care, soaps, herbal products, and other items, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, Anointed Aromas does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has left our possession, we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled, or used and therefore cannot safely restock or resell it.

Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, scents, and other details before purchasing.

Refunds for Damaged Products

Refunds are only available for products that are verified to have arrived broken, damaged, or unusable due to damage during shipment.

To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact Anointed Aromas promptly after delivery and provide:

-Your order number

-A description of the damage

-Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging

Damage claims must be verified before a refund is issued. We may request additional photos or information when necessary to evaluate the claim.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for personal preference, scent preference, skin compatibility, allergic reactions or sensitivities, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or products that have been used, altered, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact Anointed Aromas so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
